Parents are encouraged to assist and support their children during the Family Expo as they showcase and sell their products and services. This experience helps children build confidence, strengthen communication and customer service skills, learn financial responsibility, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. By working together, families create a positive and encouraging environment where young entrepreneurs can learn, grow, and succeed.
Parent Expectations & Responsibilities
Parents and guardians play an important role in helping young entrepreneurs have a successful and enjoyable experience at the Family Expo.
Parent Responsibilities:

Supervise and support your child throughout the event.

Encourage your child to greet customers, explain their products, and complete sales whenever possible.

Allow your child to take the lead while providing guidance as needed.

Help with booth setup, organization, and cleanup.

Ensure products are displayed safely and professionally.

Assist with handling money or electronic payments when appropriate.

Promote positive customer service, respect, and professionalism.

Every registration donation supports youth entrepreneurship, educational opportunities, anti-bullying initiatives, community resources, and transportation assistance for students.

How do I register for the event?
The registration fee on the upcoming events website page. Fill out form and pay as a donation one-time. There are no taxes added to the fee. Your receipt will be email to you with the vendor event information.
Who can participate as a vendor?
FAMILY EXPO - (18 months old - 17 years old).
Be sure to watch the video. It will be email to you when the vendor registration fee paid as a donation.
What happens if I can’t attend the vendor event after signing up?
If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your space to another young entrepreneur. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling.
Is there a fee to participate?
Yes, there is a small vendor fee to reserve a booth space. The fee helps cover event costs and promotions. Percentage goes to anti-bullying troopers' private transportation for students is bullied.
iCan parents help during the vendor event?
Yes! Parents can assist with setup and provide support. The goal is for kids to take charge and gain real-world experience.
Will I have access to electricity or Wi-Fi?
Most of our market locations do not provide electricity, and Wi-Fi may be limited. Be prepared to operate without them.
What should I bring to the event?
You’ll need to bring your products, any display materials (such as table, chair, and decorations), a way to accept payments (cash/ zelle/ venmo/ cash app, etc.), and a great attitude!
What can I sell at the event event?
You can sell handmade products, crafts, artwork, baked goods, services, or other creative items. All items must be made or designed by the children.
IMPORTANT: Any food items MUST follow Food Law and be properly labeled. Click here for information on what is and is not allowed in accordance to the law along with the labeling requirements.
